Clarington, Ontario – Clarington Mayor Adrian Foster has released the following statement concerning the recent protests in Durham Region.

“Clarington is an inclusive community where everyone is welcome to live authentically and with pride. We value equity, diversity, love, and acceptance. We are committed to supporting our 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Today and every day, I want to state clearly that hate and intolerance have no place in Clarington. Be kind to one another."
