Clarington Mayor Adrian Foster has issued the following Christmas statement.
“Merry Christmas! I wish everyone who’s celebrating a warm and joyous holiday.
For my family, and many of our Christian residents, Christmas is a time of tradition, faith and gathering around a glowing tree. Christmas is also celebrated by many others in our community as a chance to gather, share gifts, and enjoy good company. However you celebrate, this season reminds us of the importance of togetherness and generosity.
