Clarington to enforce proof of vaccination and ID rules at recreation facilities and fitness centre

Clarington, Ontario – The Municipality of Clarington will require proof of full vaccination and corresponding identification (photo ID or any identification confirming name and date of birth) from members of the public aged 12 and older who want to enter our recreation facilities and fitness centre starting on Wednesday, September 22, 2021. The Municipality is seeking public comments before making a decision on an application for a proposed Plan of Subdivision and an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment.
