Construction of the new South Bowmanville Recreation Centre is well underway, with Phase 1 set to open next fall! This exciting facility will be a hub for fun, fitness, and community connection, and we’re asking residents to help guide the types of programs and services we will offer.

From October 8 to November 2, 2025, we’re inviting the community to complete a short survey about recreational programming. Your feedback will help us design inclusive, accessible, and engaging programs for people of all ages and interests—from group fitness classes to youth sports, seniors’ wellness, and everything in between.

Whether you or someone in your household is passionate about team sports, fitness classes, swimming, or recreational activities, this is your chance to shape what’s offered at the new facility.
