Notice of Withdrawal: Clarington Withdraws Three Notices of Intention to Designate as Heritage Properties

In the Matter of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.O. 18 and in the matter of the lands and premises known Municipally as 38 Centre Street, 50 Centre Street, and 38 Second Street in the Municipality of Clarington 

Notice of Withdrawal of a Notice of Intention to Designate 

Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington withdraws the Notice of Intention to Designate the properties located at  

  • 38 Centre Street, Bowmanville 
  • 50 Centre Street, Bowmanville, and 
  • 38 Second Street, Bowmanville 

in the Municipality of Clarington, as properties of architectural and historical value under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.O.18. subsection 29 (7). 

Further information regarding the withdrawal of the notice of intention to designate the property can be obtained by contacting the Community Planning Division of the Municipality of Clarington Planning and Infrastructure Department during regular business hours, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, at heritage@clarington.net or 905-623-3379.
