The Municipality is responsible for going through and approving any land development and construction in the area.
Whether you are building a shed in your backyard or a new neighbourhood, please contact Municipal staff to discuss your plans and learn how we can help you turn your idea into reality. If you are planning to build or renovate on your property, you may need a building permit.
