Construction Notice: Upcoming pavement rehabilitation work in Courtice and Bowmanville

Please be advised that beginning in the fall of 2025, D. Crupi & Sons Limited will begin the rehabilitation of various roadways across Clarington.

The rehabilitation works will include the removal and replacement of surface asphalt and base asphalt (where applicable), the removal and replacement of concrete sidewalks and curbs, asphalt paving, traffic line painting, the reinstatement of roadway shoulders (where applicable), ditching, and associated restoration works.

Pavement rehabilitation works will affect the following roads:

• Stirling Avenue, Courtice
• Strathallan Drive, Courtice
• Stephen Avenue, Courtice
• Stuart Road, Courtice
• Poolton Crescent, Courtice
• Buyson Crescent, Courtice
• Faircomb Crescent, Courtice
• Lyndale Crescent, Courtice
• Windham Crescent, Courtice
• Claret Road, Courtice
• Beechnut Crescent, Courtice
• Parklawn Drive, Courtice
• Hillhurst Crescent, Courtice
• Lake Road / Lambs Road intersection, Bowmanville

Each road will be subject to lane reductions and short-term closures during working hours, resulting in potential traffic delays. The contractor will ensure that all garbage and recycling pick-up, as well as all deliveries, remain uninterrupted by the construction activities.

Although construction will be disruptive at times, we appreciate your patience as we complete the work.

It is anticipated that construction will be completed by November 2025. Please note that timelines are approximate and will vary depending on weather and other factors.
