For a limited time, you can purchase a Summer Splash Pass — a new three‑month all-access swim membership that gives you unlimited visits to drop-in public, lane, and parent-and-tot swims, as well as saunas and whirlpools at all Clarington pools: Alan Strike Aquatic and Squash Centre, Courtice Community Complex, Diane Hamre Recreation Complex, and Orono Park Pool. Available for purchase from June 1 to July 15, 2026. Passes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Summer Splash Pass details

Price: $40 (fees do not include applicable taxes)
On sale: From June 1 to July 15, purchase online or at any recreation facility (excluding Orono Park Pool)
Valid for: 90 days from purchase date
Includes: Unlimited access to drop-in public swims, lane swims, and parent-and-tot swims, as well as saunas and whirlpools at all municipal pool locations during scheduled times
Restrictions: Valid for one person only (non-transferable), non-refundable, and not eligible for cancellation

Explore Clarington’s Pools

Orono Park Pool is an outdoor pool with a shallow and deep end that’s ideal for cooling off on hot, sunny days. Now with upgraded payment systems, it operates as a cash-free facility.

Diane Hamre Recreation Complex in Newcastle offers a leisure pool with a waterslide, a large tot pool for younger swimmers, and a whirlpool and sauna for relaxing after your swim.

Courtice Community Complex features two pools including a 25 metre pool with a waterslide, a tot pool, a splash area, and a whirlpool and sauna to enjoy.

Alan Strike Aquatic and Squash Centre in Bowmanville includes a 25 metre pool for swimming along with a whirlpool and sauna to unwind.

In 2027, a brand-new Aquatics Centre will open at the South Bowmanville Recreation Centre and further strengthen Clarington’s recreation offerings with a 25-metre lap pool and a large warm-water pool suitable for all ages.
