We’re listening, Clarington! Help us measure our communications efforts—how can we do better?

It’s time for a pulse check, Clarington! Two years ago, you told us how we could improve our communications efforts—and we listened! Now, we’re checking in again. Have we improved? What’s working well? Where can we do better?

We’re inviting you—our residents, businesses and community partners—to take the 2025 Communications Benchmarking Survey and share your feedback. It only takes a few minutes, and you’ll be entered to WIN one of three $100 Visa gift cards!

This year’s survey builds on the insights we gathered in 2023. That initial feedback helped shape the recommendations in the Communications Division: Service Delivery Review Report, and now, we need your help to measure the improvements we’ve made and ensure we continue to hit the mark.

  • Ensure we’re hearing from residents across both rural and urban areas in Clarington.
