What's Open and Closed on Canada Day, July 1, 2025

Tuesday, July 1

• Diane Hamre Recreation Complex and Orono Park Pool will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Check our drop-in swimming schedule for Canada Day swim times.
• Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex Hall and washrooms will be open from 5 to 10 p.m. for Canada Day celebrations. The remainder of the facility will remain closed, and regular programs will be cancelled.
• The Municipal Administrative Centre, Clarington Animal Shelter, and all other recreation facilities will be closed.

Service requests and complaints will still be attended to. Municipal Law Enforcement Officers will be on duty. For urgent matters after hours, please call 905-433-1234.
