- Read the Rental Information Guide.
- View availability of facilities.
- Fill out the Facility Rental Permit Application.
- Provide all required documentation.
You must be 18 years of age or older to rent a facility or field.
Effective July 1, 2024, Facility Rental Permit Applications must be submitted at least seven calendar days before your rental. Applications submitted with less time will be considered only if staff time permits. Please note: special events or rentals involving alcohol require more notice.
Applications are processed in the order they are received. Please note that some requests are processed ahead of others due to the date of the event. Each permit outlines any requirements and service charges.
