Programs you helped plan! Registration is open for the Bowmanville Community Complex
The countdown is on to the opening of the Bowmanville Community Complex (BCC), formerly the South Bowmanville Recreation Centre, with programs in the dome beginning October 13. As we put the finishing touches on additional spaces in the main building, we'll soon announce new programs for the gymnasium and multi-purpose rooms. Future planned amenities will open at a later date.
On a typical day at the BCC, a toddler might be kicking a soccer ball for the first time while a grandparent heads out for Walking Soccer. Later, parents can join Stroller Fit, children can build confidence through strength programs, and adults can hit the turf for a variety of sports. When planning these programs, we asked you for ideas. More than 1,400 people contributed, helping shape recreation opportunities that reflect what you wanted to see more of. We’re thrilled to share what we’ve got lined up for the first season.
Get a sneak peek before programs begin! 🎉
