Consider bringing headphones or ear protection if you or your child is sensitive to noise.

Event staff and volunteers are here to help! Visit the information booth or speak to any team member for help with directions or accessibility needs. First aid services are also available on site to support a safe and enjoyable experience.

A designated meeting point for lost children is located at the First Aid tent between the baseball diamonds. If you become separated from your child, please go to this location or speak with any Team Clarington member for help — staff are there to assist and reunite families as quickly as possible.

Seasonal washrooms are located on the southeast and southwest sides of the event grounds. Washrooms are also available inside Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex.
