Our Canada Day market takes place on Wednesday, July 1, from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Garnet B. Rickard Complex in Bowmanville. We’re pleased to offer vendor space at no cost.
Vendor applications will be accepted until May 1, 2026, and will be reviewed to help ensure a vibrant and diverse mix of products and services. Vendors will be notified of their application status by May 11, 2026, and those selected will be asked to confirm their participation by May 25, 2026.
This celebration is intended to showcase local artisans and handmade vendors. Please note that multi‑level marketing (MLM) and direct sales are not eligible.
All approved vendors must provide a certificate of insurance naming the Municipality of Clarington as additional insured. If you don’t currently carry insurance, one‑day vendor coverage is available through several insurance providers.
