Clarington is working to improve accessibility and safety across the community. Starting the week of August 6, crews will begin intersection accessibility improvements and construction of new pedestrian crossovers in Bowmanville, Courtice and Enniskillen.
The locations are as follows:
Longworth Avenue and Clayton Crescent Intersection, Bowmanville
Longworth Avenue and Brooking Street Intersection, Bowmanville

Clarington has banned the use of rodenticides at all Municipal recreation facilities as of July 1, 2024.
