Clark Consulting Services on behalf of 1044960 Ontario Limited has submitted Draft Plan of Subdivision and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit the development of twelve single-detached dwellings and a new public road at the south end of George Burley Street in Newtonville.
A Statutory Public Meeting will be scheduled at a later date to explain the development proposal and seek public feedback.
Site location
West of George Burley Street, south of Jones Avenue, east of Charles Tilley Avenue and north of Highway 401, Newtonville.
