Where the projected fees are more than $100, you may need to pay a deposit equal to 50 per cent of the amount before we complete any extra work related to the request.
If you feel that the projected fees are too much or unaffordable, you can modify the scope of your request to reduce the fees. We will provide you with a Notice of Decision and Fees Owing when the process is complete.
Note: You must pay all fees invoiced, even if you abandon or withdraw your request. If you do not make payment, we will pursue collection activities to recover the amount owing.
