Clarington's Council Meeting Calendar displays agendas, minutes and video recordings from upcoming and recent Council and Committee meetings.

Requests for delegations on matters on an agenda can be made online.

Correspondence to the Mayor and Members of Council regarding agenda items can be made by submitting them to the Clerk’s Division. Please note that you are required to provide your name, address and contact information as part of your correspondence and it will be displayed publicly and included in agendas.

Procedural by-law update

Changes have been made to the Procedural By-law, allowing Members of Council and members of the public more time to review the General Government Committee (GGC) and the Planning and Development Committee (PDC) agendas.

The agenda deadline is now noon two Thursdays before the GGC and PDC meetings. The revised agenda deadline is now noon on the Wednesday before the GGC and PDC meetings.

How to access agendas, minutes, video recordings and staff reports

• To watch video related to a specific agenda item, scroll down to Past Meetings, click on the HTML minutes and then click on the item of interest. A video will appear in the top-right corner of your screen. Tip: Toggle between years using the grey dropdown under Past Meetings.
