2600064 Ontario Inc. has submitted a Site Plan application to permit an industrial building at 505 Lake Road in Bowmanville. The building is 3,459 square metres and contains two floors of office space at the front of the building. The remainder of the building is to be used for manufacturing and equipment storage. This site is currently vacant. A severance application was also filed with the Region of Durham to create a new industrial lot on the east limit of the parcel.
