Proposed development

Lambs Road School Property Ltd. has submitted applications to permit 13 single-detached units and nine medium and high-density residential development blocks. The residential development blocks would allow for a total of 1,202 residential units and 700 square metres of retail commercial floor space in mixed-use buildings.
