Zoning By-Law 2005-109

Zoning By-Law 2005-109 regulates the nature and form of development for all of the lands within Clarington that are situated on the Oak Ridges Moraine. Zoning By-law 2005-109 came into effect in June 2005. The by-law incorporates the policies of the Provincial Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan, which aims to protect the Moraine's important environmental and hydrogeological features.
